Pjesme iz jednog Kraljevstva / Songs from a Kingdom

A program of traditional English - speaking songs (England, Scotland, Ireland and North America)
Ivana Galic (Royal College of Music, London, Grad Dip in Vocal Performance, Staples Trust, Frankopan Fund, Sainsbury Trust Scholar) and guitarist Darko Horvat performed at the gala concert of the winners (in the traditional song category) of the international competition in New York 2018, in the prestigious Stern Isaac Perelman Hall in Carnegie Hall.
The program is of a concert nature, ideal for smaller halls, art festivals that want an intimate musical story.
A program of selected traditional folk and neo -folk songs combined into a musical story under the name Pjesme iz jednog Kraljevstva.
The beauty, simplicity and sincere emotion of traditional folk songs, the love for them and the stay in England during school inspired this folk story.
Ivana is one of those vocalists who are said to always impress anew, and many say she is one of the most versatile vocalists from this area and beyond, who skilfully and flawlessly switches from genre to genre, from style to style.
Skillfully combines all vocal techniques. ("a unique vocalist and singer from this area who offers more" Višnja Mažuran).
With her new ensemble, she brings this program.

Darko Horvat, guitar
Bernabe Romero, violin
Mario Jagec, soprano saxophone, bass guitar
Zrinka Božičević Plavec, whistle
Klementina Vodušek, vocals
